Sales Tax

Customers in Minnesota will be charged 9% sales tax. Items shipped out of the state of Minnesota will not be charged sales tax.


All items are carefully packed to ensure safe shipment.  Smaller items will be shipped first class mail or priority mail. Larger items will be shipped via UPS or Federal Express. Please contact us for larger item shipping information. We recommend Federal Express be used for  overseas shipments.

Orders ship within three business days unless otherwise noted.

Item Refund Policy/Exchanges

eGalleri wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please let us know if something is wrong within 3 business days of receiving your item and we will try our very best to come up with a solution that will make you happy again.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped. Contact us to check on the status of your order, or log in to your online account. Returns and exchanges are accepted if we are notified within three days of your receipt of the item, and the item is mailed back within seven days of receipt in the condition in which it was received.

Returns and exchanges for custom orders is not available.

Repair Policy

eGalleri products are handcrafted from the finest materials to ensure satisfaction and service. We offer a one year warranty on our handbags and small leather goods. You may ship your item to eGalleri for repair assessment. We recommend shipping by insured traceable means, such as UPS or insured mail. Please send to:

Please include a note with your address, daytime phone number, email address and specifics about the requested repair or use our Repair Service Request Form, which you can print out and send to eGalleri along with your repair item. Our repair process for  items shipped to us from within the United States takes four to six weeks from the time we receive your product. Repair items shipped to us from Canada takes six to eight weeks from the time we receive your product.
