At eGALLERi we try to make returns & exchanges easy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase for years to come. See our policy below and submit your request when returning and/or exchanging your eGALLERi original. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We offer a full refund if your eGALLERi original has not been shipped and is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if your eGALLERi item(s) has been shipped.

WEARABLE EXCHANGES

Love your eGALLERi original, but need a different size, color or style? You are welcome to make an exchange as long as the eGALLERi wearable is in stock. Please see below for further details about exchanges.

FAST REFUND

Just return your item back in its original package with the label and packing receipt using the eGALLERi Request Form.  Once we receive your returned item, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. If you ship the item(s) back without the Request Form and/or notifying us about the eGALLERi return, your refund may take up to 3 weeks after receiving the package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a full refund if your order has not been shipped and is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if your order has already been shipped. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we tried to make our eGALLERi Returns & Exchanges as painless as possible.

  • Items can be returned or exchanged (wearables only) within 30 days from the delivered date.
  • Items received should be unused, undamaged, in the original package with original labels and packing receipt.
  • Return shipping fee is paid by you, the buyer.
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please submit a request for a return or exchange and we will do our best to accommodate you. Items older than 30 days from delivery date may not be returned or exchanged.


Making A Return / Exchange Request

Please submit via email a Return/Exchange Request by using the eGALLERi Request Form.

Pack your eGALLERi original up CAREFULLY.

Place your item(s) in the original shipping bag/container with the original label(s) and the packing slip. Make sure the shipping package is securely sealed.

PLEASE be sure to fill out the eGALLERi Request Form, and make sure to include the original shipping receipt. Please enclose this form within the return items shipped.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. If your exchanged eGALLERi original is in stock, we will reship your item to the address given/billed. If your item is no longer in stock, we will be in contact you regarding your desired next steps.

NOTE: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for package transit (within the continental United States) plus an additional 3 to 5 business days for processing.  We will email you once we process your refund or exchange.

RETURNING DAMAGED eGALLERi ORIGINALS

We inspect each item before shipping to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt at customercare@egalleri.com and follow the instructions for making a return or exchange request. Items older than 30 days from delivery date may not be returned or exchanged.
