CUSTOMER CARE | Repair Services

We understand that from time to time your eGALLERi original may require repair services. All works of art, including wearables and handbags should be taken care of according to the instructions received when purchased. If you have lost those instructions, please reference online PRODUCT CARE.

However, we understand sometimes even when the utmost care is provided, your eGALLERi original still needs to be repaired.  Please see below for further information. For a general overview visit CUSTOMER CARE

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Our eGALLERi originals are handcrafted from the finest materials to ensure satisfaction and service. Thus, we offer a one-year warranty on our jewelry, lake bags and small leather goods. For any defects within this warranty time frame, repairs are on us. All other eGALLERi items not considered a piece of jewelry, lake bag or a small leather good, will be charged a repair service fee.

REPAIR ASSESSMENT

Beyond the warranty period, we offer repair services at set fees for all eGALLERi originals - including fine art, wearables, lake bags and canine items. We invite you to call and/or ship your eGALLERi item in for a repair assessment. We recommend shipping by insured traceable/trackable means, such as using FedEx, UPS or insured USPO mail. PLEASE print, fill out and return the eGALLERi Repair Service Request Form with your purchased work of art or wearable. If you cannot access or print this form, please provide your full name, address, daytime phone and requested repair information.

How long does it take for my item to be repaired?

Those eGALLERi items shipped to us from within the United States, please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the time of receipt. Repair items shipped to us from outside the United States, please allow 6 to 8 weeks from time of receipt.
