Do I need to set up an account to shop on eGALLERi?
No, you can elect to check out as a guest. However, by creating an eGALLERi account, you can save items you may be interested in, and you can choose to receive notifications about special promotions, exclusive events and insider deals on new eGALLERi items.
When will eGALLERi ship my order?
We pride ourselves on delivering our goods and services in a timely manner. In-stock items are shipped within days of ordering. As soon as your order is processed, we will send you an email confirming your eGALLERi item(s) has been sent. Please see SHIPPING for further details. Is shipping included with my eGALLERi purchase?
Shipping is free for all eGALLERi purchases under $75*, within the continental United States, unless otherwise indicated at time of check-out or purchase. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for receipt of your eGALLERi original within the United States. Large, heavy items will be shipped by FedEx or UPS freight and will incur an additional charge. International shipment costs are indicated at time of purchase. Please see SHIPPING for further details and information regarding international shipments.
Can I track my eGALLERi order?
A confirmation email of your purchase along with the carrier's name and unique tracking number is sent. This email can be used to track the progress of your parcel.
Can I cancel my order?
Since we process items immediately, it is usually not possible. However, we offer a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped and is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. We will not accept order cancellation requests if your eGALLERi original has been shipped. Please remember you can always return your item for a full refund if you are not delighted with it. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods using PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, it is very easy to set-up.
What is a promotional code?
A promotional code is a code that can be used to obtain a discount on an eGALLERi item. Make sure you receive future promotions by signing up for our DiSCOVER newsletter.
NOTE: You can only use one discount code or gift card code at one time. If you used a promotional code during your purchase, your refund amount will be adjusted to reflect this during check-out.
How do I use a promotional code?
Add the item(s) you wish to buy to the shopping bag and click on the 'Cart” button.
Enter your promotional code in the box saying, "Have a discount code?"
TIP: Enter the code exactly as it is displayed. If you add a space between the characters, it will not be recognized.
NOTE: If you wish to complete your order at a later time, you will have to enter your promotional code again at that time.
What happens if I do not enter the promotional code at checkout?
Unfortunately, if you didn't enter your promotional code at the checkout, we can't apply it to that order or amend your payment later.
What happens if my eGALLERi original arrives damaged?
We inspect each item before shipping to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items older than 30 days from delivery date may not be returned or exchanged.
Can I return or exchange my eGALLERi original?
We offer a full refund if the order has not been shipped and is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has been shipped.
You may return or exchange a wearable item ONLY.
Items (wearable) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items (wearable)received should be unused, undamaged and in original package with original labels.
Return shipping fee is paid by you, the buyer.
Items (wearable) that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Items (wearable) older than 30 days from delivery date may not be returned or exchanged.

Can my eGALLERi original be repaired?
Each eGALLERi item is unique, handmade and a one-of-a-kind original, thus they sometimes need repair. To accommodate our customers, we offer repair services. To learn more visit us online at REPAIR SERVICES.
